BARBECUE BASTING SAUCE FOR SALMON
FILETS
 

1/3 c. soy sauce 1/3 c. wine or wine vinegar 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, finely chopped garlic is even better

Lay salmon filets skin down on grill over charcoal or if cooking in oven on Pyrex dish and cook at 425 degrees for 25 minutes, basting with sauce. Do not turn over. Do not overcook fish. You may want to lay it on aluminum foil with holes punched through foil and cover loosely with foil to contain heat.
