1 1/2 lbs. cabbage 1 med. onion 1/2 green pepper 1/4 c. sugar Chop or shred cabbage and place in bowl with finely chopped onion and pepper. Sprinkle with sugar and toss lightly to blend. BOILED DRESSING: 1/2 c. salad oil 1/2 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. celery seed Combine all this in saucepan. Bring to boil and pour over cabbage mixture. Let set for at least 4 hours. |
