1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
2 tbsp. instant chicken bouillon
3-4 tbsp. sherry or water
3/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. whole thyme
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Microwave butter in glass bowl 1/2-1 minute until soft. Mix in dry milk, flour, bouillon, garlic salt, thyme, pepper and cheese. Stir in sherry or water until mixture is moistened and can be formed into a ball.
Shape dough and mark off and wrap and store same as for regular sauce - in - a - stick. Use same manner for sauce.
