SAUCE "PRIMAVERA"
 

1 tbsp. butter
1/2 lg. onion, chopped
3 jiggers vodka
Fresh vegetables, diced or shredded
Salt and pepper, to taste
Sm. glass heavy cream

Saute onion in butter until light brown; add the vodka, and flame it until the alcohol is gone. Add the cream and let it come to a boil. Add the vegetables (preferably steamed to your taste) and let it cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

Add this sauce to your pasta, or pasta to the sauce. Stir and serve.

Serves one.
