GRILLED SALMON WITH DILL SAUCE
 

6 (10 oz. ea.) salmon steaks, 1" thick

Grill for 5 minutes on each side.

DILL SAUCE:

1 lg. cucumber, seeded, grated and well drained
3/4 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. chives, chopped
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dill

Combine above ingredients. Serve sauce in tomato or green pepper cup.
