1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 eggs
3/4 c. flavored bread crumbs soaked in 4 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. grated cheese
Combine all ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Brown meatballs in large skillet, shaking pan frequently so meatballs will brown on all sides.
Place meatballs in hot sweet and sour cranberry sauce chafing dish. Makes 50-60 meatballs.
