1 tbsp. butter 1 tsp. flour 1 tsp. chopped green pepper 1 tbsp. chopped celery 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp. coarse pepper 1 c. chicken stock Melt butter, add flour, stir until smooth. Slowly add stock, mustard, salt and pepper. When smooth add celery, green pepper and cook 10 minutes in double boiler. Add 2 cups cut up steak. Heat and serve. |
