BASIC SALAD DRESSING "LOW CAL"
 

1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove (minced)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar (Sweet and Low)
1/4 c. water

Mix together and refrigerate.
