2 1/2 lb. ripe tomatoes, at room temp. 1 1/2 c. loosely packed fresh basil, at room temp. 1/3 c. olive oil 3 garlic cloves 2 tbsp. fresh parsley Salt & pepper to taste 1 lb. linguine or fettuccine noodles Process all ingredients except noodles in blender or processor. Cook noodles, drain, toss with sauce and serve immediately. Serves 6. |
