1 container sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 head lettuce, cut in sm. pieces
1 tomato, diced
1 pkg. shredded cheese
Tortilla chips Brown ground beef; drain grease. Sprinkle small amount taco seasoning in meat; mix well. Mix rest of taco seasoning into sour cream, stir until thoroughly mixed. Spread sour cream on large pan, pizza pan or cookie sheet. Sprinkle ingredients over sour cream in order given: lettuce, ground beef, tomato, cheese. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and chill for at least an hour. Scoop up with tortilla chips. |
