TEX - MEX DIP
 

1 can refried beans
3 lg. ripe avocados
1 sm. carton sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 lg. tomato, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 can black olives
1 can green chilies
Grated Cheddar cheese
Lettuce (optional)

Spread refried beans in bottom of large, shallow bowl or platter. Mash and salt avocados. Spread over beans. Mix sour cream with taco seasoning. Spread over avocado layer. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips.
