2 lbs. ground beef
2 onions, chopped
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic
12 oz. can tomato paste
1 qt. water
2 green peppers, chopped
2 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. cumin
1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. accent (optional)

Combine all ingredients and simmer for 1 or 2 hours.
