4 tsp. lemon peel, grated
4 tsp. pepper, coarsely grated
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 med. cloves garlic

MEAT:

6 chicken breasts
1 turkey breast

Cut meat into cubes for shish-ka-bobs (alternate with vegetables).
