GRILLED CLAMS WITH LEMON GARLIC DIP
 

12-24 clams in shell
1 cube butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. minced garlic (more if desired)

Grill clams about 4 inches from hot coals turning frequently until shells open. Remove clam meat from shell. Melt butter and mix in lemon juice and garlic. Dip clam meat in garlic lemon butter for appetizer or light meat.
