1 jumbo pkg. chicken parts, salted 6 tbsp. butter 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 (8 oz.) jar Dijon mustard or spicy brown mustard 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar 1/3 c. honey 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce Sprinkle chicken generously with salt. Let stand about 30 minutes while coals heat up. In saucepan cook butter and garlic for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently. Stir in mustard, vinegar, honey and Tabasco sauce. Cook over low heat. Baste on chicken last 10 to 15 minutes of cooking time. |
