Saute these until transparent: 1/2 sm. onion, minced 1 garlic clove, minced
Turn off, add and set aside: 1/4 tsp. dried hot pepper (optional) 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams (save juice for sauce) 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Prepare white sauce from: 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt (optional) 1 1/2 c. clam juice & milk
Simmer until thickened and add clam mixture. Serve over spaghetti or egg noodles.
