2 lb. round steak
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. oil
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Blend all ingredients in blender about 1 minute. Pour over meat and let sit at least 2 hours. The meat may be cut into cubes before marinating and used for shis-kebab.
