1/2 c. minced onion 1/2 c. soy sauce 2 tbsp. light brown sugar 2 tbsp. sesame seeds 2 tbsp. salad oil 2 tsp. salt (optional) 2-4 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. ginger In medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Makes about 1 cup. Especially good with lamb chops. Marinate for 2 hours before grilling. Use to marinate shrimp, scallops or beef also. |
