4 oz. white chocolate
1 1/4 c. whipping cream
1/4 c. confectioners' 10X powdered sugar
2 egg yolk
2 tbsp. orange liqueur (Cointreau or similar)
8 oz. frozen strawberries
Prepare 1 day in advance!
DAY 1 (Mousse) : Whip the cream, fairly hard. Add sugar, egg yolks, and liqueur. Melt 3/4 of the chocolate (in microwave oven or over boiling water). Chop the rest into small pieces. Add the chocolate to the cream and mix together (gently). Keep in refrigerator overnight.
DAY 2 (Sauce) : Blend the half thawed strawberries to a smooth sauce (in a food processor). Add some sugar. Serve with sauce on bottom of a plate and the mousse on top of sauce.
