2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 tbsp. milk
4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
4 1/2 squares bitter chocolate, melted
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cheese with milk, add sugar and beat well. Mix in melted chocolate, salt and vanilla. This will frost 2 (8") layers.
