2/3 c. vegetable oil 1/2 c. maple syrup 1/3 c. cider vinegar 2 tbsp. soy sauce 2 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1/8 tsp. ginger Combine, shake well and chill. Serve over spinach salad with mandarin oranges, carrot slice, fresh bean sprouts and almond slices (or cashews). Pretty and Delicious! |
