3/4 lb. med. shrimp, peeled & deveined 1 clove garlic 1/2 lb. broccoli florets 1 green pepper, sliced 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced 2 tbsp. sesame or olive oil 1 tsp. ground ginger 4 to 5 tbsp. sweet & sour sauce Stir fry the garlic and vegetables in oil 10 minutes. Add shrimp and ginger. Stir fry until shrimp is cooked. Mix in sweet and sour sauce. Add more if desired and serve. |
