1 c. olive oil 1/2 c. red wine vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. crushed black pepper 3/4 tsp. thyme, whole (1/2 as much ground) 1 very lg. clove garlic, chopped Combine olive oil and garlic; set aside. Combine the rest of ingredients together in vinegar, let sit for a while. Then combine all together. Use as needed. |
