DIJON - VINAIGRETTE SALAD DRESSING
 

3/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. red or white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard (more if desired)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper

Whisk all ingredients. Store in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Yield: 1 cup.
