PIZZAIOLA SAUCE
 

1 lg. chuck steak with bone
2 big cans crushed tomatoes
Salt, pepper, oregano
Garlic powder, Parmesan cheese

Put steak in pan 9 x 12. Add tomatoes, top with seasonings, using Parmesan cheese last. Sprinkle with olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Add about 1 can of water as it dries. Cook covered until last 20 minutes. Cook 1 lb. of linguine, drain. Top with Pizzaiola sauce and serve with Parmesan cheese. Serve steak with salad. Preparation time: 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 4 to 5.
