2 c. dark brown sugar 4 c. fresh coconut milk 1 tsp. anise 1 tsp. lemon extract 1 tbsp. ground sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9 x 12-inch glass dish. Set aside.
In a medium saucepan or rice cooker, boil sweet rice with 4 cups water. Cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes or just until tender. Add dark brown sugar, coconut milk, anise, and lemon extract.
Mix well and pour into prepared glass dish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
