1 carton Eggbeaters, thawed
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 lg. can Milnot
1 pkg. instant pudding mix (use flavor of choice)
1/2 gallon milk (powdered milk or skim milk may be used)

Combine all ingredients except milk and Milnot. Beat thoroughly. Add Milnot and milk. Pour into freezer container. Add bananas, peaches, strawberries, etc., if desired.
