2 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 1 c. butter, softened 1 1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter 1 c. white sugar 1 c. brown sugar 2 eggs Mix flour, salt and baking soda; set aside. Mix butter and peanut butter. Add both kinds of sugar; mix well. Add eggs and beat well. Stir flour mixture into peanut butter mixture. Drop dough from a teaspoon onto baking pan. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes until lightly brown. Flour, salt and baking soda may be substituted with self-rising flour. |
