Retes dough 1 lb. curd cheese Yolks of 3 eggs and whites of one 1 1/2 oz. raisins Grated lemon rind (1/4) Handful of bread crumbs Butter Beat the sugar, butter and yolks of 3 eggs to a cream, add the curd cheese, which must previously be rubbed through a sieve, the whipped white of eggs and the raisins. Pull the dough out, spread the mixture evenly over it and scatter some bread crumbs on the mixture. |
