CHERRY LAYER DESSERT
 

30 graham cracker sqs.
1 c. dairy sour cream
2 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling

Arrange half of the crackers in ungreased rectangular pan. Beat sour cream and milk with hand beater until smooth. Beat in pudding (dry) until smooth and slightly thickened, about 2 minutes. Spread half of the pudding mixture over crackers in pan. Top with remaining crackers; spread with remaining pudding mixture. Top with cherry pie filling. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Cut into squares. (12 servings: only 245 calories per serving).
