2 1/4 c. tofu 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained 1 pre-baked 9 inch oat pie shell 1 1/2 lg. banana 1/2 c. peaches 1/2 c. honey 1 3/4 tsp. vanilla ICING: 1 can crushed pineapple 2 tbsp. corn starch 1/4 c. honey Blend all ingredients (but icing) until very smooth. Pour into crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, then at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Chill 8 hours for best flavor. Icing: Mix ingredients, heat until thickened. Cool. Frost just before serving.
