1 1/2 c. Oreo cookies, crushed 7-8 tbsp. melted butter 2 qts. vanilla ice cream 1 qt. lime sherbet TOPPING: 4 tbsp. lemon juice 1 c. sugar 6 tbsp. butter 2 eggs, beaten Mix first 3 ingredients until crumbly. Press in 9x13 inch pan. Soften 2 ice creams and mix together. Pour over crust and freeze. TOPPING: Cook lemon juice, sugar and butter over low heat until dissolved. Remove from stove and let sit 1 minute. Then blend in eggs vigorously. Cook until thick. Refrigerate. Cool and serve over dessert. |
