1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. softened butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Blend together and press in bottom of 9"x13" pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 c. Cool Whip
Cream softened cream cheese with powdered sugar. Blend in Cool Whip and pour on first layer.
3 1/2 c. cold milk 1 tbsp. vanilla
Whip together until thick and spread on top of 2nd layer.
Top all with Cool Whip. Chill and keep refrigerated.
