PEANUT HOOTENANNIES

These tasty nibbles are loaded with natural goodies, and they're easy to make, no cooking required. Anne says that any kind of nut may be used in place of walnuts. Also, she likes to add sesame seeds, when they're available. 1/2 c. honey 1/2 c. sunflower seeds, chopped 1/2 c. walnuts, chopped 1/2 c. wheat germ Shredded coconut

Mix first 5 items together and shape into balls. Flatten with fork tines. Dip in shredded coconut, which makes each hootenannie easy to handle and prevents them from sticking together. Pack in glass jar and keep refrigerated. Above amounts should make about 2 dozen cookies.
