2 qt. popped popcorn 1/2 c. chopped dried pineapple 1/2 c. shredded coconut 1 (12 pkg.) vanilla flavored white chocolate baking chips Combine all ingredients except chips in large bowl. Place chips in 1 quart glass measuring cup. Microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes or until shiny, stir to melt completely. Spoon over popcorn mixture and mix well. Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper lined pan or mini cup cake liners. Cool completely. Makes about 3 dozen. |
