3 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. flour 2/3 c. milk 2/3 c. water 1 tbsp. cooking oil Put ingredients in blender and mix. Then make your crepes in a small fry pan coated with Pam. Use about 2-3 tablespoons per crepe. Tip pan to spread batter thinly. When set, flip and cook a few seconds on other side. Fill with fruit, ice cream, or a meat mixture and roll up. |
