6 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 can Eagle Brand milk 1 pt. whipping cream 6 med. ripe bananas 1 c. chopped pecans 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/2 gal. whole milk
Mix eggs, sugar and creams together. Mash bananas and fold into creamed mixture. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into ice cream freezer and add milk; freeze.
Note: Be sure to use a lot of ice cream salt. Makes 6 quarts.
