1 qt. (4 c.) milk 2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding & pie filling mix 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar 2 pt. (4 c.) half & half 1 1/2 tbsp. maple flavoring 4 eggs, well beaten 1 c. chopped nuts In large bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Beat 2 minutes at low speed or until well blended; refrigerate 5 minutes or until set. Add sugar, half & half, maple flavoring and eggs to pudding. Mix until well blended. Stir in nuts. Pour into freezer can, refrigerate until ready to freeze. Prepare ice cream freezer according to manufacturer's directions; freeze as directed. Makes 3 quarts. |
