1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
3 c. powdered sugar, sifted
Food coloring
Granulated sugar
Candy mint molds
Pam spray

Combine cream cheese and peppermint. Beat in 1/2 of powdered sugar with mixer. Knead in remaining powdered sugar by hand. Knead in food coloring of desired shade. Spray candy molds with Pam and sprinkle with sugar. Press candy into molds.
