2 pt. half & half
3 tbsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients well. churn in ice cream freezer as per instructions for your model. Recipe may be varied with the addition of 1 cup fruit per quart of ice cream. Yield: 1 1/2 quarts.
