1 can evaporated milk or 1 pt. whipping cream
5 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
Milk
Dash of salt
Rock salt
Ice

Beat eggs in large mixing bowl. Add sugar, vanilla, evaporated milk, salt. Mix. Pour into ice cream machine container. Fill with regular milk, leaving room for expansion at top.

Variations: Make chocolate, Butter Finger or any flavor desired. Pour candy or puree's or sauces in container with egg mix.
