2 oz. cream cheese 1 2/3 c. powdered sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla 2 drops food coloring Mash cream cheese. Add vanilla and coloring. Mix in sugar. Knead with hands until consistency of pie dough. Roll into marble size balls, dip into granulated sugar. Press sugared side into candy molds and unmold on waxed paper. Makes about 25 roses and 25 leaves. |
