1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 sm. pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. milk

Mix flour and butter until crumbly - press into 9 x 12 inch dish. Place 1/4 cup nuts over dough and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar together thoroughly. Stir in 1/2 carton Cool Whip and pour mixture over crust.

Mix instant pudding in 3 1/2 cups milk and pour on top of second mixture. Pour remainder of topping over chocolate pudding. Sprinkle with nuts. Chill. Serves 6-8.
