HIGH-PROTEIN DESSERT
 

1 tsp. tahini
1/2 c. plain yogurt (soy)
2 tbsp. walnuts
2 tbsp. raisins
Cinnamon to taste

Mix yogurt and Tahini together then sprinkle nuts and raisins over yogurt and tahini. Top with cinnamon. Easy, delicious and high in protein.
