1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed in processor

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
2 c. milk

Mix well the cream cheese, butter and sugar. Add the pudding mixed with the milk. Add layer of cookie crumbs and layer of filling. Put in a 6" or 8" clay flower pot that has been lined with foil. Very interesting when gummy worms are added. Stick a silk bouquet of flowers in center of pot. Keep refrigerated.
