1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter (or butter)
1/2 c. chopped pecans (or walnuts)

Blend ingredients and press into large rectangle cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes - COOL.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. xxxxx sugar

Mix together and spread on cool 1st layer.

3RD LAYER:

2 sm. or 1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
2 1/3 c. cold milk

Mix together and spread on 2nd layer.

4TH LAYER:

Slice 3-4 large bananas over 3rd layer.

5TH LAYER:

2 sm. or 1 lg. instant chocolate pudding
2 1/4 c. cold milk

Mix together and spread over 4th layer.

6TH LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip

Soften and spread over 5th layer.

7TH LAYER:

1 sweet or semi-sweet chocolate square

Shave (or grate) over 6th layer. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
