1 3/4 c. sugar
1 can Carnation milk
2 tsp. vanilla
8 good sized ripe bananas
1 tsp. corn starch
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch soda
8 Junket tablets or 1 pkg. of vanilla Junket mix

Beat eggs, add all dry ingredients and mix. Add carnation to dry ingredients mixture. When well blended, pour into ice cream container and add whole milk to fill line or 1/2 quart down from the top. Process in ice cream freezer.
