BLUEBERRY BUCKLE
 

1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
2 c. blueberries

Cream butter, beat in sugar, add egg and beat well. Then add sifted dry ingredients alternately with milk, beating until smooth. Fold berries in lightly. Sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake in greased 9 x 9 x 2 at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/4 c. soft butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour

Mix together and sprinkle on top of blueberry buckle.
