2 c. peanut butter
1 lb. butter
2 1/2 - 3 lbs. confectioners' sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 lb. paraffin wax
Cream peanut butter (creamy or crunchy) with butter (at room temperature). Add sifted confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Add vanilla. With your hands mix thoroughly. Form into small balls.
Melt chocolate chips and paraffin wax together. Using a toothpick dip balls into melted mixture, then place on waxed paper.
