1 pkg. fudge brownie mix FROSTING: 3 tbsp. soft butter 3 tbsp. milk 2 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar 2 to 3 drops mint extract 3 to 4 drops green food coloring CHOCOLATE SAUCE: Melt: 1 sq. Bakers unsweetened or semi sweet chocolate 4 to 6 tbsp. butter Prepare brownie mix according to directions on package. Cool. Combine butter, milk and 2 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well, until smooth and cream. Add more confectioners sugar to thicken or milk to thin frosting as needed. Spread over cooled brownies. Prepare chocolate sauce and dribble over brownies from a spoon or cake decorating tube. |
